One of which is that we are a locally owned and operated house cleaning business, which means we will always be willing to meet with you face to face and give you the best experience possible. We offer a deep clean rotating schedule for our recurring clients. This allows us to offer detail cleaning tasks, that many other cleaning services charge extra for, included in your regular cleans, saving you money and keeping your entire home thoroughly cleaned. AOK Cleaning & Organizing uses eco-friendly cleaning products to help reduce toxic chemicals in your home and in the air we breathe. We pride our self on being reliable and trustworthy and make sure we exceed your expectations with our cleaning service. 

Are you insured?

We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.  

What about pets?

 Pets are not a problem. We do need to be notified if you own pets, and we like to know their names. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, we will want this information to be included on your work order. 

Do I need to be home?

 Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is completely up to you.

 Many of our customers provide us with a key to their home and, when necessary, alarm codes. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure. 

What if something is missed?

 Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you. 

What do you not clean?

We try our best to accommodate any special requests you may have. While tasks such as interior stoves, walls and interior windows are not included in our regular clean, these tasks can typically be added for an additional fee. There are some tasks that we unfortunately cannot accommodate, such as exterior windows and the inside of fireplaces. Contact us to find out more about what services we can and can not offer.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies/tools?

We provide all our own tools and eco-friendly supplies. We only ask for sanitary purposes you provide your own toilet bowl brush (for move in/move out cleans we can provide a single use toilet bowl brush). All of our microfiber cloths, mop heads and dusters are cleaned and laundered prior to our visit. We also use a color coded system for a microfiber cloths to avoid cross-contamination. If you have products or tools you'd prefer we use, such as specialized cleaners or vacuums, just let us know.

How much do your services cost?

 Our pricing is completely individualized.  Every home is as unique as the people living there. We base our pricing on many factors, including the number of residents and pets, square footage and number of rooms.

How do I request additional tasks or leave special instructions?

 You can call us, email us, or leave a note on the counter. Either way, be sure to give us an advanced notice for requests that may take more than an extra hour or so to complete. Some tasks (such a large organizational projects) may require a separate visit. Just give us a call and we'll be happy to work with you and your schedule to accommodate any extra services you may need.

Do I need to sign a contract?

 Absolutely not. Our services are provided as needed to suit your busy lifestyle. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required, we depend on your satisfaction to continue our services.

What if something is damaged?

  We treat all homes with care; however if something breaks we will make every effort to have the item repaired, or replaced. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate.  

What if I have to reschedule my clean?

 Just call us and we will work with you and your schedule. After all, this is your home we are taking care of. Our mission is to give you more freedom over your time, and less stress.
